Jacob King’s life hasn’t changed much over the years.  His family is long gone, but the endless upkeep of his ranch keeps him busy enough to pass the time away… that is, when he’s not at the local taverns.

The years on the ranch seem to have melted away like hours, and Jake tries hard not to remember much…  In fact, even the memory of his wife Sara and his daughter Lizzie’s laughter from the yard grows fainter with each passing day…

But what he’s about to find is that sometimes as hard as he might try to forget the past, it has a way of coming back to find him…
